Fruity in the smell with slight sournessm spices, apples, and cinnamon. Look is orange with an ok off white head. Taste is slightly sour, sweet, some fruitiness, spices, and acidic. Good palate.

May 15, 2008 Bottle. Body-almost glowing orange/red color. Nose-apple pie, cinnamon, light urea, buttery, light sweet bread. Taste-rich, fruity, apple/pear, low to medium sweetness, low to medium sour, light tart/acid, Christmas spices, cidery, dry fruit really comes out. Damn near perfect acid/tart, sweetness and fruit characteristics are wonderfully done.

May 4, 2008 (750ml bottle) Pours a cloudy glowing burnt orange body with a small off-white to somewhat pinkish head. Aroma of rhubarb, cinnamon, clove, barnyard, spruce, and toasted pie crust. Flavor of cinnamon, sour funkiness, nutmeg, and apple. Quite unique for a sour, but enjoyable.

Pours a cloudy copper with minimal somewhat off-white head. Aroma of mustard seed, with a sour note. Had somewhat of a semi- sour grapefruit flavor. Had light-medium body with medium carbonation.....Over all, it was a very enjoyable beer! Something about this I liked alot.....

Sep 28, 2007 Pours a cloudy brown color with a thin beige head. Aroma of peppermint with tart fruits. The flavor has a good dose of sourness with fruits and peppermint and some yeast. The body is light to medium with a gentle carbonation.
