Bottle. Chalky, uncomfortable body and a carbonation beyond lively drag this beer down. Dark brown pour with a nice tan head. The aroma is espresso and roasted malts with a hint of chocolate. The flavor was lightly to moderately sweet and moderately coffee bitter. Finishes with a bitterness and sourness. The medium body had a gritty texture. Uber-lively carbonation.

(Bottle) Pours a dark brown body with a spare beige head. Aroma of coffee, roasted malt, and some chocolate. Flavor of lactose sourness, roasted malt, and coffee.

Actually poured this one out!!! It hurt my heart but the beer was that bad. Great name, great bottle, horrible excuse for a beer. Definitely smell the roasted espresso bean but there is an artificial sweetener-like aroma present as well. Flavor of day-old Folgers, Sweet-n-Low, & soured milk. Nasty...Espresso HATE.

Bottle, thanks to Bu11zeye. Poured a brown with minimal beige head, no retention. Aroma was the best thing about this beer, very coffee/expresso like, but that doesn’t compensate for a good beer. Flavor was lemon tartness at the beggining fading into a expresso flavor and then bitter.....Has watery mouthfeel, low carbonation.

12 oz bottle. Pours a dark brown with a creamy light tan head (after a vigorous pour) that quickly diminishes to a thin collar that leaves some lacing.

The aroma is sweet fudgy chocolate and coffee that are strong enough to hide some off-notes that seem to be hiding.

The flavor is sweet fudgy chocolate and some oatmeal and nuts followed by an acidic stale coffee. The mouthfeel is thin and watery with little carbonation.

Overall, it’s not very complex and does have some flaws but is still enjoyable.

Draft. A sad excuses for what should be one hell of a beer. Chalky devoid of almost all taste with a bittered finish. poor/useless.

tons of espresso. Not enough love. No good. Too bitter and watered down. Drain, here I come.
