May 5, 2006 Draft @ Arbor Brewing: Hazy golden-yellow color with a small off-white head. Big hoppy aroma with floral and citrus notes. The hops covered up much of the caramel malt. The flavor had a malty start and some earthy hop. Kind of bland though. Long dry bitter finish. I was let down after such a nice aroma.

Oct 27, 2006 Pours a cloudy blonde color with a ring of white lace. Good aroma of citrusy hops. Strong presence of citrusy hops in the flavor along with a bitter finish. The body is light and oily and the carbonation is gentle.

Apr 19, 2007 Sample at the brewpub: This brew is a cloudy golden color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly. Slick lacing. Aroma of citrus, hops and toasted malt. Medium body and on the hoppy side, with notes of citrus and grainy malt mixed in. The finish is moderately bitter and leaves a flavorful hops aftertaste. This is a pretty good start to the sampling spectrum for this brewpub, especially considering the beer is less than 4%ABV.

Jun 10, 2008 Tap at the brewpub - clear golden beer - a very authentic bitter, with the hard water mineral character to make you feel like your all the way across the pond - nice and dry, with moderate bitterness that becomes more apparent as it warms - light bread and dough - nice session beer.

Jan 14, 2005 On tap: Real light lemony bitter aroma. Slightly hazy yellowish-orange witha white head. Light up front with a pretty nice hop finish. Kind of a watery IPA with a decent finish.

Jan 3, 2006 Translucent vanilla-orange in color and motionless, void of any activity whatsoever. Spray starch and new jeans start the aroma, followed up by shaved lemon husks that have been left in a corner and degrading for some time. Floral hop bite tingles with a flavor that has lemon squeezes plateau on the outskirts. Some crescent roll character traits as well. Gentle and smooth on the palate, seemingly lacking carbonation. Finishes with bitterness and hard rolls, and this ensconcing bitterness lasts for a while.

Jul 1, 2007 Pallid yellow under a thin skin and white halo. Lemony aroma with light roasted grains. Lemony flavor as well with a bitter hop edge. A carbonated lift adds a spiciness to the palate.
