Pretty good on cask. Beautiful glowing golden hue. Creamy yet hoppy. I just love beer served from the cask and can’t help but give them good ratings. My only complaint is that I swear Arbor uses the same yeast for all their beers. Maybe this is common for a brewery, but changing the yeast cake up would give a little more excitement when trying different ones. Sweet and mildly hoppy.

This IPA poured a medium yellow colour with a nice, big, off white, foamy head. To the nose there are scents of orange citrus, dough, floral hopps and bread. First sip was decently hoppy with a creamy mouthfeel. Flavours of slightly bitter hopps most prodominant. Other flavours include spruce, butter and a slightly roasty flavour. Finish is bitter with the floral hopp taste lingering

On tap at the Brewpub. Poured a dark gold with an off-white head. Aroma was one note and full of citrus hops. Flavor has a bit more to it as the malts balanced out the citrus hops.

I think I have gotten a skunked beer (from a bottle). The aroma is mellow with almost no citrus. The taste was of a warn out, sweet taste, not the bitter I was expecting. I will like to try this again just in case it was indeed skunked but I will have to find another place who sells it.

I poured one of these into a pint glass and had two out of the bottle. The poured beer instantly filled the whole glass with foam, and I only poured about 1/4 of the bottle. The foam would not go down, and I had to suck it off, a horrible experience. The next two bottles (a week later) did the same thing in my mouth. I do not know if a beer can be over carbonated, but these seemed that way. The taste was hard to detect due to excessive carbonation.

On tap at The Hunt Club. Yellow with a significant head, and then lacey. Average mouthfeel. Very bitter and then drying. Drinkable, but only average for the style.

Bottle. Super carbonated, almost blew the top off when I opened it. Pours a hazy amber yellowish orange with super thick white head, lots of lacing. Took 4 pours while drinking it to polish off a bottle. Aroma of citrus hops, dull bitterness, strong malt backbone, caramel, and lots of grass. Flavor matches, but has this almost acidic bitterness (oxymoron, I know) that sits aorund on the palate for a while. Different in the world of IPAs, but nothing I would stock my fridge with often personally.

Amber with plenty of suspended matter and plenty of that arbor foam. This 12oz bottle took a long time to pour and the "arbor" foam could probably not be contained in one of those big German boots. Aroma of caramel, citrus, orange with some biscuit and sweet malt. Taste of orange and citrus hops, caramel and floral hops, perhaps lavender. Over carbonated and ends up with a strong bitter finish.

Cask conditioned at the brewery. Semi hazy amber with no head. Big citrus and grapefruit, sweeter caramel aroma. Flavor is citrus and bubblegum and some resiny pine, richer caramel. Medium body and light carbonation. Really nice.
