Arbor Single Hop Aurora

Brewed using a single hop variety, which changes every month or so, our Single Hop range has gained a bit of a following. We add plenty of crystal malt and a small amount of chocolate malt to a hot mash to give a full bodied copper coloured base with a slight roast malt flavour. Several generous hop additions during the boil create a beer that allows the character of each hop variety to shine through. (July—August : Aurora)
