draft sampler at the brewpub - Pours clear golden with a thin head. The light aroma is mainly just some malts. The flavor has a well balanced, mild hop bite. Refreshing and easy to drink, it would probably be better outside on a hot day.

Pours a light copperish with a huge rocky off white head. The aroma is malty with caramel and toasted malts. Flavor has a caramel sweetness balanced with some toastedness and a light hoppish finish.

Nice pale ale, and so far the best from Arcadia i’ve had. Aroma starts malty, with notes of caramel and fruit (persimmon, apricot). Hops show briefly, spicy and grapefruit. Mellow and balanced, without as much extract-twang as their other beers I’ve tried.

tap at brewpub-here we go again with another bad arcadia beer. bright orange with small white head. diacytl is huge here-buttered popcorn and carmel candy nose. smells like your in line to get your food at the theater. light citric flavors under all that diacytl. man, this is bad.

Super clear lighter amber with a white head the clings to the side of the glass well. Kind of a spicey/herbal hop aroma. Lightly toasted and some caramel notes. Mostly hop flavor, earthy, piney. Caramel keeps this from being one dimensional, but just barley. Yeah, the palate lends a certian refreshing quality, but when you can get their IPA, why mess with this?
