Thanks to Sully for this one. Cloudy orange with a huge white fluffy head. The head doesn’t go away, it just fights for life and wins. This one gushed, but I think that is because it was way too cold. Aroma is grass and fresh flowers. Quite herbacious. Flavor has some soap and floral notes and not much else. Watery

Bottle from Sully Thanks!

Pours a rich, carbonated gold with a head that would make Ron Jeremy insecure. Aroma is spikes of citrus (grapefruit, orange) and bits of roasted malt. It’s been 5 minutes since pouring and the head is still prominent. Dang! Flavor is like Suave shampoo; weird. Dull, buttery, and slightly offensive. Rosy and floral. Not terrible, but it strides the fencline.

Another non-descript non-starter from this brewpub. A touch of caramel and toffee with a hint of a suggestion of a rumor of bitterness in the finish. But thin-bodied and watery. Would not repeat.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a medium yellow with a thick white head. Another rather nondescript brew from these guys. Malts and yeasts all followed buy mildly bitter hopping. OK, but not much different then many of there other ales.

The beer pours to a golden body with a huge creamy white head. Too much head. Perhaps the wrong glassware... Anyway, the aroma has bready malts and a herbal/floral hop. Too much of those hops. I don’t care for those kind much. Almost plasticy. The flavor is a strongly toasty, floral hoppy, nutty, banana, and lightly soapy. The palate is bitter and over-carbonated. Medium light bodied. Not a fan of this one.

From a 12 oz. long neck brown bottle with an no notched freshness date on the bottle label and a list of ingredients on the neck label. Made a decent appearance, poured a murky water pipe copper with a overflowing foamy off-white head that slowly reduced to a thin cake-like foamy sticky lacing, so much carbonation that I was only able to pour a little less than half a bottle into a pint glass. Had a piney, citrus aroma and no real malt scents. The carbonation level drops a little, but still good carbonation and a smooth, thin medium bodied mouth feel, decent drinkability. Had a mild citric hop taste, a little thin, a mild bitterness and a soft underlining maltiness with a mellow hop finish.

12 oz bottle: Like everyone else there was a huge pop then came the foam, and continued to fizz up through the bottle after I pour half of it in a glass. I had to use two glasses to pour this one out because I didn’t want to get beer foam all over the place. Well, back to the review, its a cloudy amber color with HUGE, HUGE, HUGE white rocky head. Nose is kind of stale, with notes of fruitiness. Toasty taste with a sour bitterness to it and continues the bitterness into the palate. Drinkable...eh, kind of. I’m still pissed that I had Mt. Vesuvius erupt in my hand!

12oz bottle. BAM! A loud pop and air release on teh open, i thought the bottle might explode! but it didnt. Pours a very light copper color with a large fizzy foamy white head. Nose is dry peaches and apricots, some stale hops. Taste is dirty and off, kinda liek there is sand or just plain dirt in the beer. finishes with a layer of fizzy velvet on my tongue and an unhappy mouth.
