Served on tap at Arcadia Brewing Company. Appearance is medium gold with little head. The aromas and flavors are mostly simple English tasting pale sweet malts. Nothing very exciting here with this basic ale compared to some of the more flavorful treats they had on tap.

Sep 11, 2009 Dan’s Bachelor Party Extended Weekend Rating #29 of 90. Tap at Arcadia, shared taster (hands down best taster offering I’ve ever had...a total of 9-3oz pours for $7.99). Pours golden with minimal hop nose. Smooth malt/hop mix makes for a light and relatively pleasant brew. Clearly on the weak side.

Aug 9, 2009 On tap at Ash’s. hazy grapefruit colour with some white head and some white lace. Yeasty funky, fruity in taste. Sourish yet malted down.

Jul 27, 2009 On tap during the Ann Arbor Brew Week Pub Crawl. Poured a cloudy reddish amber color w/ off-white head. A nice well balanced hop aroma. Flavor had a nice bitterness through out with a bit of caramel and flora present.

Jul 11, 2009 it is full flavored and just a touch sweet. there is a muted hop characer that just barely comes thru but it is citrus, flower and pine. overpowering ale of malt and not bad. though to a hop head it seems unbalanced but that said its ok with its refreshing carbonation. kind of dark Belgian in the flavor and seemed to have more alcohol.

Jun 6, 2009 Another subpar brew from Arcadia - maybe I need to try their beers on tap to enjoy them better. Amber beer with massive off white thick head that quicky overflowed and lots of carbonation early on (died mid-way through which was fine). Aroma of weak sugary fruit, light hops and caramel. Drinkable, but the taste was dissapointing with its hops, yeast, butter or something and lacked a good malt flavour. There was at least some grapefruit (barely). Mouthfeel really bit. Kind of soapy, slightly sour, and had a long lasting light hop finish. A shot of wiskey wiped all that away in one second. Good wiskey after aftertaste.....

May 29, 2009 Slight haze, lighter orange brown. Aroma is decent ale and sterile like floor stripper. First tongue is mild with some fruit. Permanent hair treatment in there as well. Non offensive mild ale bite which comes across like many pale lagers. Finish is rather lite and enjoyable. OK overall.

May 4, 2009 Tap @ brewpub. Golden colour, tiny head. Aroma is slighty malty. Flavour has some floral hops. Bitter and sweet finish.
