Bottle. Light amber color. Medium white head. Nice lacing. Floral aroma. Somewhat bitter flavor. Crisp and clean. Extremely dry finish. This is one of the first micro’s that I drank regularly out of college. My favorite Pale Ale.

Bottled. Medium amber/orange in color, with a large white head. Sweet fruity aroma with some hops and a mint like smell. Highly carbonated. Very interesting fruity flavors. Some tropical fruits and pina colada flavors. Very odd. Flavors are tasty, but just way too carbonated.

Draft at Rivers Edge Grill in Detroit. Color is a light amber with off-white frothy head, that left some lacing. Aroma of hops, grass, and spices. Taste of hops, toasted malt, herbs and spices, with a nice bitter kick. Crisp smooth mouthfeel with some nice carbonation. Nothing too special, but decent for quenching.

Smells of bitter hops. Taste is mild malts, slightly toasty tasting, with some nice bitter hops. Very effervescent. Not bad

Bottle. Large, foamy, lasting, ivory head atop a clear, orangish-amber body. Floral aroma along with notes of grain, biscuit and honey. The flavor is lightly to moderatley sweet and lightly bitter. The bitterness exerts itself a little more strongly in the finish along with some tartness. It sticks around for awhile. Light body with a thin, but velvety texture. Lively carbonation. An easy drinker.

12oz bottle from sample 12 pack from Ann Arbor Whole Foods on November 26, 2008 Great, huge white head… took quite a few minutes for it to shrink enough to pour it out of the mug. Aroma is floral, sweet, and grainy. I think this is an amber. Flavor is of an amber, with a light metallic taste. Light body… good for around-the-house drinking.
