Bottle courtesy of sloth. Pours copper with a rocky white head. Smells of light citrus, tea, pepper. Tastes of citrus with a bitter finish.

Bottle. Amber iwth a bit of an orange tint. Off white head, ample lacing in the glass. Aroma is hoppy grain, but iwth a bit of a sour bite to it. Flavor is fine - well balanced malts with a great hoppy finish. Good stuff!

Sample @ Arcadia tasting Bellevue, KY. Pours a hazy orange amber color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma had mild sweetness, light fruit and floral notes, and pale malt. The flavor was nothing big, but included orange citrus, mild sweet malt, slightly earthy, and slight cardboard. Medium bodied with decent carbonation. I think this one falls into the average session beer category.

Bottle.Pours dark golden/to slight orange and is a bit cloudy. I found everything about this beer to be very subtle, and balanced, nice sweet earthy malty, hoppy tones in the aroma and flavor. Not alot to say ,just a damn good glass of ale.

Pours a highly carbonated clear copper color with a huge off white head. The aroma is lightly sweet malt, light floral, fruit and paper. The flavor is masked by paper although minimal amounts of fruit, floral and malt manage to make there way through. Medium bodied, oily texture. Finishes very metallic.

Nice super hazy copper coloured body with a SUPER thick tan head. Aroma of fresh malt, cardboard, english (light a.a.) hops and a smooth amount of fruits. Medium-bodied; Strong hoppy flavour with some nuts and a chewy mouthful of malt. Aftertaste shows some alcohol, bubbles and a good amount of english hops. Overall, a pretty strong beer - I’m curious on why this isn’t rated so highly - but a good beer in my opinion. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Merchant’s in Dearborn, Michigan on 03-August-2008, sampled on 24-August-2008.

Dark gold pour, significant white head. Very floral aroma. Earthy, with a slight malt tinge, quite dominated middle through finish by bitter hops. A little hoppy/carbonated for an English pale, but still pretty good. More of an American pale. When I was living in Michigan I always chose this over the Sierra.

Bottle. Gold/orange with a tall, white head. Aroma had fruit and a bit of caramel. Decent body, with more hops than necessary. Light finiah with slightly metallic aftertaste.
