Dec 16, 2007 12oz Bottle: Light caramel body w/ a huge off-white head. Floral hops, lemon & sweet malts in the aroma. Tart yeast & malts in the flavor w/ a tart finish. Not bad at all, quite refreshing.

Nov 30, 2007 This ale poured a cloudy orange colour with a foamy tan head. To the nose you could smell scents of pine and citrus. First taste was smooth and hoppy but not too bitter. A nice hoppy flavour with a slightly bitter finish. A nice beer. I’m suprised that it’s not rated higher.

Nov 2, 2007 Pours dark orangish with a mostly receding wispy light tan head. Aroma of bretty cheese and cherry, herbal and tart acids. Taste is herbal, lightly sour with the brett, still lightly sweet from the toffee and toasted malt. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, lightly acidic and tart with lively carbonation. Certainly infected, and while it doesn’t seem that this was the brewer’s intent, it worked out well regardless.

Sep 26, 2007 Medium copper color - huge pillowy head. Aroma is floral with a hint of biscuit. Flavor is...just....meh. Some noble hops, a rather bitter astringency. Slight note of citrus. Finish is very dry. Didn’t really do it for me.

Aug 28, 2007 what the fuck? this has the same funky infection smell and taste as the ipa. maybe it’s oxidation. plasticy taste. bottle says best by september, so unless this is a year old it is fresh. this is terrible. just terrible. i’m definitely pouring this out after i suffer through half of it.

Aug 9, 2007 Pours golden/amber, surprisingly hazed under a thick cap of cream-colored head. I can’t coax much from the aroma outside of some soapy florals and a lightly toasted grain. Mouthfeel is a bit thin and lively. Lemony sourness is fore to the flavor. Low malted notes add sweetness late. Drinkable, but its current percentile ranking seems right on the money (36 overall/38 to style).

Aug 7, 2007 Orange amber with decent head. Sweet aroma of honey/biscuit and grass. Taste is herbal with a little citrus and caramel sweetness. Not overdone.
