| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Nov 23, 2009 Pours an amber golden color, with a slight white head and no lacing. Aroma is of roasted malts, some mild hops, and something I can’t place but seems off. Taste consists of a slight hop flavor, with a plastic taste as well. Mouthfeel is pretty light and watery. ben4321 (1060), Rockville, Maryland, USA

Aroma: Fruity/citrus and floral aroma, somewhat sweet and toasty with some caramel
Appearance: Pours a hazy orange color with a bubbly off-white head and some lace
Flavor: It’s relatively balanced, somewhat sweet caramel, some floral and citrus hops
Palate: Light to medium body, fairly short duration, crisp mouthfeel and easy drinking beer
Overall Impression:
Overall this beer is just kid of, eh... I don’t have a whole lot else to say about it to be honest. It’s not really that memorable in a good or bad way. Certainly drinkable, and unoffensive, but that’s pretty much it.

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 8, 2009 Pint from the hand pull at Poor Phils, Oak Park, IL. Poured a clear, orangy amber with an average, off white head with some fair cling to the lacing. The nose was pleasant fruit and floral notes, with some grain and a hint of caramel. The flavor was similar but somewhat of a let down in texture, low bitterness and lack of good dryness to the finish. I expected more from a Standard Bitter, but it was unoffensive and sessionable. | 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Oct 20, 2009 Bottled. Poured clear medium orange with a creamy cap of off-white head. The aroma picked up sweet, toasty lighter fruits and caramel with earth floral hoppage around.. a bit spicy and hot on the back of the nose. The flavor found mostly light and redder fruits at the core with a grainy complexion.. sharp earth and fruity bitterness around.. warmer than it should’ve been on the finish. Light-medium bodied and sharp on the palate.. sour at the end.. not so good. phishpond417 (1953), Madison, Wisconsin, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Sep 15, 2009 The thing that suprised me about this beer was its’ immediate letdown in structure. I was totally expecting something bigger and stankier then what it advertised, but no- it ended a weak and dissapointing finish. Copper, clovey with some apricot notes. Soft hops on the nose. Taste was poor with little grassy hits and grapefruit flavour. like i said, not my favorite. danielcurtis81 (916), San Diego, California, USA

Served on tap at Arcadia Brewing Company. Appearance is medium gold with little head. The aromas and flavors are mostly simple English tasting pale sweet malts. Nothing very exciting here with this basic ale compared to some of the more flavorful treats they had on tap.
