| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Mar 9, 2009 Pours black with a decent beige head. Smell is sweet prunes/dark fruit and chocolate. Flavor is a semi-sweet chocolate with lots of dark fruit, nice dark chocolate bitterness in the finish, touch of hops as well. Thin on the mouthfeel. Not a bad stout, but not anywhere near my favorite either.
