Mar 19, 2008 22oz bottle from Liquor Barn, no best-by date - Pours dark ruby with a gushing foamy tan head. Aroma of cherry, sour acids, citrus, and grapefruit. Taste is sour, caramel, citrus hops. Mouthfeel is medium to full bodied, lightly resinous and soapy with lush carbonation. Infected and not pleasant. Poured at least half down the drain. Check the best by date on these bottles, and if you don’t see one, don’t buy it. I’ve had several infected Arcadia bottles recently.

Mar 16, 2008 Pours hazy amber into a snifter. Off-white pancake head leaves sheet lacing as it slowly recedes. Mild citrus and resin aromas. Crisp, well-balanced caramel and pine. Sharp finish. More like an American strong. I like the lack of sugar.

Mar 13, 2008 bottle from sams wine. An excellent, clean, easy drinking iipa. Very good. These Acadia guys know their stuff.

Mar 13, 2008 pours dark copper color with a huge 2 1/2 finger fluffy soapy light tan head. aroma is toasted malt and hops with some pine, soap, and orange rind. has a medium body with big lacing and just right carbonation. flavor is the same as aroma but stronger with some floral and a little alcohol. has a nice dry hop aftertaste and has some sediment floating around. its descent. as it warms a little more alcohol shows thru in the aroma and flavor. the hops stick to the tongue for a while as well.

Mar 12, 2008 Pours a carbonated amber with huge frothy white head. Aroma is caramel sweet, orange peel and grapefruit. Flavor is moderately sweet, piney, grapefruit, orange and caramel malt. Finishes long bitter and dry, medium to full body.

Mar 12, 2008 bottle. Poured out a nice glowing amber color, light head, quickly fading. Floral hop aroma, fresh and crisp. delightful taste of quality hops and malts, well balanced in lots of ways. Excellent finish. One of the top IIPA.

Mar 11, 2008 A nice double IPA. The hops come through in the aroma and flavor as very floral and fruity, and there is plenty of sweet malt presence to balance it nicely

Mar 4, 2008 (on bottle, thanks Yngwie) Dark orange, white head. Well and good balance between hops and malts, perfect match of the two. The taste is a hopattack; citrus, dirt, grass, grapefruit; they all storms the tastebuds. The finish in classi IIPA; metallic and dry.
