Dec 4, 2007 22 oz. bottle. Rating from memory here. Amber color with a big white head. Aroma was lots of citrus hops, but also a noticeable amount of bready malt. Somewhat resinous, grapefruit flavor with some caramel malt as well. Good, but it was a bit toned down for an IIPA.

Dec 4, 2007 Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aorm ais sweet mlaty with strong notes of hops giving it notes of grapefruit and peaches, but the alcohol can also be senced. The flavor is sweet mlaty with notes of straw, grass, spices, and grapefruit, leading to a dry bitter finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Nicely balanced, oily, creamy and soft yet full bodied.

Dec 2, 2007 Bottle. Pours a nice deep amber colour. Sweet, hoppy, woody herby and fruity aroma. Good mouthfeel. The flavour is sweet and woody with softly roasted malt, dark fruits, caramel and hops. The finish is sweet with a pleasant soft roasty maltiness, bit herby.
