Sep 25, 2007 Sept. 25, 2007; 22 oz. bomber; $5.29 @ Marcy (NY) Discount Beverage. Very smooth, balanced & drinkable, with a subtle flavor for a IIPA. I suppose this brew will earn some demerits from those who don’t think it’s intense enough. Liked the malt in this one.

Sep 19, 2007 Decent IIPA. Not great, not bad since it is an IIPA. Good scent and taste full of hops and some pine. There could be more pine notes and grapefruit in the taste.

Sep 6, 2007 Orangy pour, "OK" head. Mild lacing. Nothing special here. Average quality IIPA. Hops and a little extra flavor. I don’t get all the raves. $5 a bomber. ABV well hidden. Ok,so they did something right.

Sep 5, 2007 650 ml bottle from vintagecellars. Cloudy copper brown with a foamy white head. Aroma of caramel and sweet spice: clove, nutmeg, and cinnamon. A nice malty backbone with an earhty, peppery cinnamon and corriander taste with some fruity notes. Smooth silky palate and a mild bitterness. Excellent.

Sep 5, 2007 Pours orange-red with large white head, which lasted a long time. Very hoppy aroma, flavor started smooth finished very bitter.

Sep 3, 2007 22 oz bottle -- Poured a rusty orange-red with a gigantic airy, rocky, bubbly head of white soapy foam. The aroma is dirty and earthy with a peppery tingle to the olfactory glands. The stinky chewy factor carries to the palate, with this beer being overly perfumey and otherwise light in character. Quite light bodied for a DIPA. (#3073, 9/3/2007)

Sep 1, 2007 Hazy dark amber body with a medium creamy tan head. Sweet caramel malty aroma with a floral hop background. Sweet malty caramel and molassas flavor with floral and earthy hops.

slight diactyl in the flavor mixed with the caramel sweetness, long peppery bitter finish, the dyactyl eventually fades to leave the caramel sweetness and lots of hops behind
