Dark golden-amber colour. Aroma...dude is that dirty diaper? All right, there’s bright fruits in there too but even after letting it breathe ten minutes that shit is still prevalent. By this I cannot abide. But I guess that’s why they call it Hopmouth, as a hint to skip over the whole sniffing the beer thing. Flavour is bitter, with a sweet, refreshing orange character as well, over a backdrop of earthy, chewy malts that are thankfully low on the crystal. Clean, refreshing, balanced but that aroma just ain’t my thing.

Cloudy amber color, big creamy head. The aroma is fresh, hoppy, not impressive. Medium bodied, less than expected; some toffee flavor and correct bitterness, but not sweet enough fruity nor resiny. This bottle is almost one year old and strangely didn’t keep up gracefully.

cloudy amber color; creamy head. Reasonably good malt and fruity aroma, partially covered by some infection; also some sweat. Good body, good malty flavor, giving some fruitness, quite sweet, but spoiled as well by the infection. Should be tried again.

Beautiful hazy red amber color; creamy head. Strong hoppy aroma, very fruity (oranges), and with pine needles and pine resins. Medium body structure, less sweet than expected, with leading caramel flavor and a very strong bitterness (bitter orange fruitness and some resins). Good.

(22oz bottle) Clear amber body with small off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, orange/grapefruit, duskiness. Taste is moderately sweet, pine/grapefruit, orange, caramel. Dry, chewy medium-full body, nicely drinkable. This is a beer that needs to warm up -- both aroma and taste improve substantially as it approaches room temperature.

Courtesy of Sammy. Hazy orange-brown with a huge, nice, creamy and lasting head. The aroma is nicely hopped with a lot of sweet citrus hops. The flavour has sweet citrus, sweet cantaloupe melon, papaya, caramel and it’s quite harmonic. I would have preferred it to have a better bitterness and maybe to be a little less sweet. But it’s charming as it is.

Bottle. Pours a nice deep amber colour. Sweet, hoppy, woody herby and fruity aroma. Good mouthfeel. The flavour is sweet and woody with softly roasted malt, dark fruits, caramel and hops. The finish is sweet with a pleasant soft roasty maltiness, bit herby.

Bottle. A hazy orange/amber beer with a huge tan head. The aroma and taste is grassy of pine, peach, grape, hoppy. Medium to full body with a dry finish.

Bottle @ thewolf tasting.
[thank you, Yngwie]
Pours a light hazy red amber with a great, yet small, creamy off-white head. Aroma has fruity hops, lots of grapefruit and pine. Behind that, there is a good malty caramel backing. Wonderful creamy and semi-dry mouthfeel. Flavour is hoppy (surprise?), quite balanced, though still a bit one-sided.
