| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 7, 2006 Strong piney aroma greets the nose. Cloudy amber color. Good lacing. Moderate bitterness in flavor, which is expected for the style. Doesn’t quite match up to most for it’s style. The bitterness really hangs on in the finish. Somethings just a little off on this beer. Can’t quite put my finger on it. Very good, just not great. jtw (942), farmington, Michigan, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Dec 18, 2005 22 oz bottle. a medium copper amber, and an intense aroma of typical english hops. lots of pale malt and caramel, and lots more earthy bitterness in the body and finish. a very average IIPA, but quite drinkable. weeare138 (936), Collegeville, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 8, 2006 Appears a hazy, dense amber with a small 1 finger, off-white head that slowly fades into a small cap. Scattered amounts of lacing are left around the glass.
Smell is of biscuit, light caramel, honey, brown sugar, citrusy, pine, and some of those orange slice candies.
Taste is of the same aromas with a sweet, sugary, orange flavor.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, sweet, slick, semi-dry, mildly bitter, along with orange peel and a balanced amount of citrusy that teeters on sugary and bitter. shawnm213 (935), South Bend, Indiana, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 16, 2009 The pour was a slightly hazy copper color with a white head and average lacing. The aroma was grassy hops and light citrus. The flavor was light citrus and grassy, earthy hops against plenty of malt. Very average light to medium bodied mouthfeel with a finish that isn’t as crisp as I like. Just OK. LooseCannon (928), Norfolk, Virginia, USA
