Bomber, pours a clear golden amber with a finger thick tan head that turns splotchy; some lacing. Aroma of fresh pine, citrus and a bit of caramel. Taste has the bitter hops bite, but not as complex or well rounded as other IIPA’s. A decent hoppy IIPA, but many others out there are better.

On tap pours a dark amber color with a off white head. Smell like a typical IIPA. Has a light to medium mouthfeel. Taste has a good amount of hop flavor like pine to it, but there is way too much malt flavor for this style. Otherwise, good brew.

Citrus sweetz aroma. amber beer with nice tight beige head. hoppy w slight weird malt. modest bitter finish. Is actualy even better a bit warmed up, really brings ou its aromatic property, sweetmeats, baked fruit breads.

Pours a murky, copper-orange color with medium carbonation and a very big, thick, frothy, off-white head that reminds me of meringue pie. Aroma has a very sweet note to it from the malt with citrus and a tropical fruit scent. The Marris Otter does come through first in the flavor but the hops quickly takes over giving a citrus, grassy bitterness and finishes with a real strong lemon tea flavor. The mouth feel is decent, alcohol is hidden well and my cold beer was way over carbonated, I could not pour more than a about 3 tablespoons of beer before it would foam up big. Overall, the head retention on this beer as well great, the head created was great but the flavor was just okay.

[WBA styles tasting] Catty, pine aroma. Not really great of a hop aroma. Soapy. Flavors are harsh and bitter, with some cheesy, old hop flavor. Slightly sour. Mouthcoating diacetyl.

Bomber, poured a orangy, gold amber, lots of off-white bubbles that wouldn’t stop and hung around, nice lacing, sweet malt and flowering hop fragrance, citrus and pine scents, nice balance of malt sweetness and hop bite on the tongue, little citrus taste with some toffee flavor, some grapefruit juice, semi dry on the palate, nice IIPA.

The aroma on this is WOW! Pours a dark marroon color with a short lived head. Orange rind and grapefruit with a piney texture are prevelent in the aroma. Taste is great too with the rind like quality mixing with the smack you in your face hops. A soft carbonated medium bodied palate that is abrubt. I really liked this brew but I don’t know It felt like it was missing something

Dark copper color with medium sized white head. Aroma has the same over-ripe strawberry notes that my homebrew has when I over-dry hop it, and it’s not pleasant. Flavor is malty, slightly creamy, hint of apricot and citrusy hops, fair amount of caramel, with a moderately bitter finish. I just can’t get past the unpleasant aroma. I have another bottle, so I’ll lay it down and try again in a while. Maybe it will mellow.
