Nov 28, 2008 Arcadia Hopmouth Double IPA is a hazy amber ale with a dense, off-white head that has great lacing and retention. It has a piney aroma. It is medium bodied, soft and foamy, with a clean finish. It’s a little sweet, juicy, citrusy, resiny and piney. It has good balance. A great IPA!

Dec 7, 2007 wow, this one is nice. very well balanced, not over the top at all. Smooth as silk with a nice dark copper body. Poured with a thin head that dissappeared quickly.
I’m going to enjoy this one.

Mar 6, 2006 smells incredibly of hops. strong hop flavor, but not overly bitter as i’d expect from a IPA2. usually i’d want it more bitter... but this is well balances. the flavor lingers slighty... it’s nice.

Jun 23, 2007 Updated: Jul 8, 2007Tall, dark, and handsome is this one. Smooooooth. I would guess this is half as strong as it is. It has a brilliant hop balance. So drinkable for something at 8%. You wake up in the morning and burp hops!

Oct 7, 2007 22oz bottle. Pours cloudy dark amber in color with light brown head. Aroma spice and floral hops. Taste of grapefruit and citrus hops and with bitter after taste. Alcohol is well hidden.

May 12, 2007 Sampled at Cellar’s Wine & Spirits IPA Nite in St Paul, MN. Pours a hazy copper/amber brew with a thin off-white head. Aroma has grapefruit, black pepper, some tropical fruit and piney hops. Taste is moderately sweet, thick and almost raisin like character. Finish is dry hops and some pine aftertaste. A good quality IPA.

Mar 12, 2008 bottle. Poured out a nice glowing amber color, light head, quickly fading. Floral hop aroma, fresh and crisp. delightful taste of quality hops and malts, well balanced in lots of ways. Excellent finish. One of the top IIPA.
