VIP thanks Styles. Pours a brown color, slight off brown color. Aroma is sharp hop nose, sweet slightly. Flavor is hopjuice. Lots of pine lots of citrus, blah blah.

Deep gold and slightly hazy in color. Light head but not too viscous so not much lace either. Light floral hops and an almost winey like nose. Nice roasty, sweet malt in your mouth with a piney hoppy taste that is long lingering balance of mellow english hops and sweetness. But then gets a little grainy in the finish.

Kind of low tasting on the IBU scale for an IIPA, but not a bad brew at all. Deep orange with a creamy beige head, it’s got the grapefruit, piney, and floral aromas that one comes to expect in the style, albeit a bit tamed down. The caramel backbone is solid, supporting some good hop bitterness. Nice lingering hoppy finish. I wish they’d kick it up a notch, though.

Oily dark copper with decemt white head. Aroma very has a very harsh bitterness. Lots of pine resin and musty hops. Flavor has a sweet malt kick initially, turns to the same harsh bitterness, again very musty hops. Can see where hopheads would enjoy this but, just doesn’t appeal to my tastebuds.

(22 oz. bottle via trade with <A HREF=http://www.ratebeer.com/ViewUser.asp?UserID=3 target=blank>shigadeyo, thanks Craig!) Piney and hot...Pours cloudy amber with three fingers of biege head. Head is quite slow to recede, finally forming into about 1/2’ of a lumpy cap. Aroma of pine and grapefruit with some sugar rock candy underneath. Mouthfeel faitly soft and smooth, a little sticky. Heavy sheets of lacing. Flavor is quite hot from fore through finish. Lots of pine, some grapefruit, very little malt able to fight through. Medium-heavy bitter bite in finish. A little harsh.

Bottle shared by SpringsLicker with myself, Suttree, and decaturstevo. Pours cloudy rust color with ivory head. The aroma is toast and grapefruit with a few piney notes and a touch of grass. Flavor is peanut shells, some charred caramel, and a lot of hop bitterness. Dry aftertaste. Ok.

From 22oz. bottle. Pours a dark orange, frothy head, with great lacing. Nose has grapefruit, some malts and a little lemon. Flavor is of strong, grassy hops, that are well balanced with the malt. Not a personal favorite, but a well done beer.

Bottle, 65cl. Amber colour with a tan head. Floral aroma with notes of citrus & malt. Taste is hoppy. Medium bitterness, a little bit unbalanced.
