| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jul 24, 2006 Following Michigan Brewers Festival 2006. Bottle. Orange amber body with a creamy beige head. Resiny mild aroma with sweet orange presence. Very sweet citrusy orange hops. Flavour becomes more resiny and bitter as the glass goes on. Deep rooted sweet malt has only brief moments of prominence but manages to keep a good semblance of balance throughout. Medium palate is perfect for this beer. Quite nice! 7-8/4/7-8/4/16 brewblackhole (1384), Muskego, Wisconsin, USA

Off-white pancake head leaves sheet lacing as it slowly recedes. Mild citrus and resin aromas. Crisp, well-balanced caramel and pine. Sharp finish. More like an American strong. I like the lack of sugar.
