All of the Arcadia beers from this variety pack was over carbonated. This beer did not have much aroma. The taste was not very hoppy for an IPA. It was sweet, fruity, piny, malty with a slight bitterness at the end. Overall, for an IPA it wasn’t hoppy enough for my liking. Someone else might think this is a very drinkable beer in large quantities. jvmiller (532), Bel Air, Maryland, USA

It was fairly clean and easy to drink, but I’m just so sick of running into IPAs like this. They all taste the same. fiulijn (7460), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 20, 2007 Hazy amber color; huge head. The hoppy aroma has a clear fruity touch (peach and Muscadel grape, sweet). Medium body, with a nice caramel-toffee flavor, good bitterness levewl, with some resins, long final. Very pleasant. bigrond (1055), factoryville, Pennsylvania, USA
| 1.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Dec 12, 2007 The aroma is almost non-exsistent. it holds a light brown cloudiness. The head is already gone and it been less than a minute, a lot less. Flavor is sweet and bad. Makes me think of dish water, though I’ve never tasted dishwater. strange finish. This is not a good beer. And is not an IPA at all. skoll (145), Traverse City, Michigan, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 21, 2007 From a pint glass. Poured a cloudy dark amber color with a huge, thick head. Aroma of pine and citrus. Tangy hop flavor is offset nicely by a subtle peach note and a malty finish. A little watery, but easy to drink and refreshing. Nate (2564), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 6, 2007 Bottled. Huge gas release, but not a gusher. First pour made full glass of rocky lacing off-white head. Light floral hoppy nose, grassy and mildly bitter with some toffee sweet maltiness underneath. Cloudy amber-orange, not quite a dull copper, topped with huge rocky off-white head. Medium watery body with medium-heavy fizzy carbonation. Starts with carbonic tang, floral herbal bitterness and biscuity malt sweetness. Medium sweetness throughout, with neutral fruitiness and some apple. Bitterness comes in a bit more at the end, chalky and herbal. Finish is relatively smooth, however, with a bit of fruit skin bitterness, mild biscuit, and clean after. | 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Nov 3, 2007 Bottle. Poured a nice orange amber with a thick white head that is reatained throughout. Perfect appearance for an IPA in my opinion. Nose is strong with fresh citrus and piney hop flavor. Resinous indeed. Finishes bitter and slightly oily. A nice beer, and way underrated in my opinion.
