| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 1, 2007 bottle poured a hazy orange amber in color with incredible carbination producing a four finger head that continued to grow in the glass even as i tried to sip it back, really strange as the beer has been sitting still for over a month in the fridge. smell is very light overall, hops, peach, yeast, and citrus peel. taste is medium in body, nice malt, and has a peachy sweetness. good hops give a nice flavor, and it is a little chewy in a nice way, but there does seem to be a little soapy taste. my first arcadia brew and this one is pretty good, will keep an eye out for there others. jujubeast6000 (795), Houston, Texas, USA

Big frothy head, white & creamy. Hoppy aroma, sweet but very weak. Hoppy sweet taste, a little bitter but not over powering. Somewhat bitter - balanced aftertaste. beerbill (1976), Laurel, New York, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 28, 2007 Sampled at GWBF 2007. On tap. No, I did not forget to grade the aroma. This is probably the worst smelling beer I have ever come across. I actually went back to the table to ask if the beer was ok. I even rinsed my glass and got another pour to confirm it. Smelled like a combination of sulphurous farts and pine resin. Horrid. Pours a hazy gold with a moderate off-white head with nice head retention. Although the aroma was way off, the flavor was ok. Nice pine in the flavor with a touch of grapefruit. Some lingering bitterness at the finish. And no, I wasn’t drunk! This was the second beer I sampled at the festival. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Oct 1, 2007 this is a very good beer. certainly not you’re average over the top ipa. and not the ho hum where is the hops (brit) version. the beer has good substance. there is a light bit of broomstraw after the beer has sat for 15 minutes. the hop character is medium and has multiple tastes of berry, pine and grapefruit (in that order). the beer is refreshing and i enjoyed it. i also found it as a bit different. something like a dry hop. kidwiththehair (45), Girdwood, Alaska, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 18, 2007 Bottle. Orange slightly hazy body, huge fluffy off-white head, fruity nose. Passion fruit, peaches, other tropical fruits, yeasty/bretty, sort of Belgian-like in character, only mild to moderate bitterness. An odd example of the style, but drinkable enough. As someone who never really associated Michigan with craft brewed IPAs I’m mildly impressed. Nice balance, ok nose/head retention/carbonation, but still a little conservative on the IBUs for my tastes. Definitely would drink this again if offered though...
