Commercial Description:
Columbus dry-hops added directly to the open fermenter uniquely characterize our IPA with an intensely robust pure-like floral aroma and resinous hop flavor. A pronounced hop bitterness is balanced by a medium-bodied, lightly caramel and toasted malt character with a nutty finish.

(bottle - 12 oz) Light amber color with a fizzy white head. Aroma has a nice hop, floral, and pine resin nose to it. Smells nice. Flavor is hoppy, sweet, floral, and piney with a strange lemony sweetness at the finish. Very carbonated and cloying at the end.

(bottle) hazy medium amber with moderate white head. Lovely pine hops aroma. Unfortunately the hops weren’t as prominent in the flavor.

12oz, basic IPA aroma, Definitely found the columbus hops to be almost soapy tasting, very much a resinous hop flavor as described with a soapy ending.. not good, but not bad either.

Pours a nice, unfiltered copper with a thick beige head. Earthy, floral, lightly citrus hop aroma - not that striking though, I didn’t pick up any Columbus as the description reads. Light caramel, toffee, earthy British hops; citrusy. The overall flavor sort of dies on the back end. Starts off medium bodied then gets a little thin and watery at the end with moderate carbonation. Very good head retention. I just couldn’t get into this one.

Bottle. Blood orange body with fine particulate haze and a soft, fluffy white head. Intense juicy citric hop aroma with strong grapefruit and lemon zest notes plus an aspect of cinnamon spice. Flavor is more restrained with light juicy sweetness, ample fresh citrus and floral characters, medium bitterness and a lightly acidic impression. This is a very good IPA in my book. Reminds me of the Shed IPAs.

Bottle. Pours a clear amber body with thin head. Big malty aroma, light citrus. Flavor has a noticable spice to it, slightly hoppy but more mlat than I would expect. Slightly syrupy with a tangy bitterness towards the end.

pours deep golden. aroma skunky, onion hoppiness. taste has the same dank columbus character with plenty plain sweet crystal behind. pretty bland otherwise and very boring ipa.
