Apr 27, 2007 A cloudy dark wheat color with tan head. Aroma is very organic with a sharp cutting hops. Taste is a bit over-carbonated but full-bodies with a nice bitter, but not overtly dry finish. Overall, its kinda like the girl you take home from a bar. I wouldn’t write home about it, but I enjoyed the experience nonetheless.

Apr 17, 2007 On tap at Capital Ale House - Downtown. Slightly hazy orange-amber body with a small white head. Sweet caramel and floral hops aroma. Slightly fruity. Sweet floral hops flavor, some caramel and a touch of grain in the end.

Apr 6, 2007 Pours a murky copper with a massive rocky head and thick lacing. Aroma is pleasant blend of pine and grapefruit with an offputting dishsoap smell. Taste is grapefruit, and pine with mild malt sweetness. Very dry bitter finish. Mouthfeel is rather thin. Wouldn’t want to drink more than one. Relatively average IPA.

Apr 2, 2007 Hazy amber with a moderate head, decent lacing and retention. Aroma is standard PNW fruity hops with some grass and caramel. However, it’s fairly light bodied and lacks complexity for the style.

Mar 30, 2007 Bottle sampled with Beerded_one. Pours clear copper with a decent size off-white head. Aroma of floral hops and caramel malts. The flavor is floral, caramel, citrus, and mild bitterness.

Mar 20, 2007 Very faint floral hop aroma. Cloudy orange color. Light white head. This is a bottle conditioned beer, I have had to open a few of them over the sink because of over flowing foam. Mild to moderate hop bite. Not my favorite IPA but still solid.
