Commercial Description:
Columbus dry-hops added directly to the open fermenter uniquely characterize our IPA with an intensely robust pure-like floral aroma and resinous hop flavor. A pronounced hop bitterness is balanced by a medium-bodied, lightly caramel and toasted malt character with a nutty finish.

Poured murky light amber gold, with some blanc bubbles, floral hop aroma, sweet malt, honey, faint caramel, toffee and faint pine scents, faint sweet flower garden, citrus scent in the background, malty taste with a hop bitterness, sweet malt with little caramel on the tongue, medium carbonation, hop bite at the end of each drink, citrus and piney in the mouth, medium to thick mouthfeel, the hops floral fragrance in this ale was interesting, as though I was standing near a large flower garden.

Bright bronze appearance with a large white head and good lacing. At first the aroma was pungent and herbal but it developed more resinous qualities after a bit. Earthy taste, some floral characteristics, with layers of caramel and light citrus. Medium bodied mouthfeel, decently carbonated, with a moderately bitter, short lived finish.

12 oz. bottle. Strong, tart citrus and pine hops aroma; yeasty; almost made my eyes water; quite appetizing. Pours a hazy, effervescent, tawny amber with a large amount of thick, uneven, cream-colored head; almost champagne-like bubbling. I saw the mist of the escaping carbon dioxide as I opened the bottle. Great looking. Sharp, "Premium Pacific Northwest Hops" dominate the flavor, producing pine and grapefruit tastes. Reminiscent of gin (that is, juniper like taste; there is no alcohol flavor). Welcome long but subtle bitter aftertaste. Medium to full in body. Smooth and buttery in the palate. Very drinkable, but it demands to be savored. Perhaps just a bit overcarbonated. <P>This is what an American IPA is supposed to taste like! Great! I believe that this is the most underrated beer on this site that I have yet encountered. One of the best IPAs that I have ever had, and IPA is my favorite style.

12 oz bottle via demitriustown bonus brew. I officially poured this beer shittily. I guess I’ve been drinking so much lately in snifters that my pour is seriously rusty. Well enough of that malarky. Pours clear orange with a big pillowy merengue white head. The aroma is fresh and hoppy with hints of ctirus. Taste is quite light and yet bitter. Very drinkable but also odd, it isn’t like a lot of IPAs I’ve had its taste does not hold up with the palate at all and falls off in the after taste. Good up front poor on the back. Not bad not great.

12 oz bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge head. Minimal aroma that is unremarkable and inoffensive. Semi-sweet taste with what almost seems like a fake caramel flavoring. There is also a note of hard candy and citrus hops that are very lightly bitter. Body is medium thick, with a semi-dry finish. Strange one.
