Commercial Description:
Columbus dry-hops added directly to the open fermenter uniquely characterize our IPA with an intensely robust pure-like floral aroma and resinous hop flavor. A pronounced hop bitterness is balanced by a medium-bodied, lightly caramel and toasted malt character with a nutty finish.

Bottle, part of a sampler pack. Pour is hazy orange / copper. Decent head that held for awhile. Lots of bright hops in the nose. Taste has a bit of malt, lots of hop and an acidic finish. Nice IPA.

Pours amber and slightly opaque with a big foamy beige head. Aroma of citric PNW hops, alcohol, and fusels. Taste is citric, acidic hops, detectable alcohol, and toasted malt. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Good, but not impressive.

12 oz bottle: A quite floral hop aroma, pine needles, caramel, a roasted malt note, and some peanut scent to this brew. Pours a translucent dark amber with a large sized white head that linger around for a while. Nice hop bitterness, floral, a slight fruit acidity, roasted malts, and a slight bit of caramel. Palate is somewhat sweet on the lips and definitely has some nuttiness to it just as the description says. Overall, It’s a nice IPA, not the cream of the crop but nice.

draft sampler at the brewery - Pours up clear and copper colored with a nice head. The aroma is fairly mild citrus hops. Medium bodied and focused on the hops, as one expects of an IPA, it’s still pretty well balanced. It’s good, but could probably stand to be punched up a little.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Pours a hazy amber golden with a gigantic, frothy, shaving foam style head with good retention. Very citrusy aroma. Medium-bodied, fairly sweet with very fruity - citrus and peach - notes. Dry, bitter finish. 211006

Nice Nose, fruity with a spicy hop aroma. Let me smell that again. Medium honey orange in color with a small white head. Disappears fast. Nice hoppy Fruity taste with a slight IPA bitter after taste. Frothy, Mmm, good. A pleasant drink. I’m thinking this is an easy drinking ale that doesn’t over stay it’s welcome.

Bottle pours a clear medium orange/amber with a huge foamy white head. Leaft clumps of merange likelacing. Aroma is spicy, peppery and a bit cardboardy. Flavor is a mostly malts. Woody and a bit swet. That brown grocery bag paper note and some fruity hops. Not very bitter except fo the aftertaste which is a bit unpleasant. An IPA that does infact belong in the bottom 30% for its style

Bottle. Orange colour with a huge white head. Old wash cloth, pine, light citrus, hop aroma and taste. Medium body with a sweet, dry finish.
