Lacking a bit in the malt body, but this is a really nice easy to drink IPA. grimreeser (797), Minnesota, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Aug 5, 2006 Pours a light amber with a lot of floaties and a rather large foamy head. Less than stellar piney floral hops aroma. Slightly sweet and sour flavor. Not bitter at all compared the other IPAs that I’ve tried. sneagrams3 (1759), St. Louis, Missouri, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 5, 2006 12oz bottle. Hazy with large pieces of sediment. Ruby hue. Large white head. Citrus and pine nose. Earthy, full and dry. Bitter. Slight caramel malt flavor. Hops totally dominate. Long and lingering finish. Full of citrus hops. Also a piney zesty hop note. Clinging head. This is good. HogTownHarry (4025), Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, Canada
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Aug 3, 2006 Bottle (12oz). Hazy orange with a very large lasting foamy/rocky off-white head. Pleasant orange juice malt / floral/perfumy hop aroma, a little mild, more PA and IPA to me - some odd sweet spice on warming. Taste is very spicy, bitter and sharply yeasty, not much malt body and the hops are bitter and herbal - sort of a nasty aftertaste; finishes almost sour. Weak body, bitter and astringent, the carbonation is a touch sharp - I really didn’t like it much, not much of an IPA, that’s for sure. linkolnlogg (94), your home, Minnesota, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Aug 1, 2006 Pours a deep crisp golden colour with a massive (and I mean massive!!!) highly bubbly copper to white head that slowly erodes into a thick frothiness. Scent is undertones of ester/yeast and sweet- very inviting. Body is light and smooth with a mild hoppy flavour. unfortunately the hoppy floral flavour fades fast and eventually leaves a flat yeasty taste upon the palate. Not a bad beer on its own but definitely not a fine example of an IPA. Also- seems as if there is more head than beverage and maybe much of the flavour/scent qualities waft away with it. tupalev (2618), Waterloo, Ontario, Canada
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Jul 30, 2006 MBG 06. Orange, small slick white head. Average nose for the style - some citrus hops. Poor taste - mild earthy hops and light malt. Thin and slightly below average I would say. Dorwart (1828), Robbinsville, New Jersey, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 30, 2006 Updated: Mar 23, 2007Large tan head of big sloppy bubbles. Very foamy. Nice floral hoppy aroma with plenty of jasmine, rose and lemon grass. Color is a dark orange. Floral and bitter flavor. Lots of hops. Little to floral for my tastes. Little bit ofd malts. Very dry palate. Finish is dry and bitter. Like eating a handful of dried flowers. It is a decnt IPA if you like floral hops. TheOrange (413), Kent, Ohio, USA

There are pretty specimens of IPAs available. The aroma, was nice and hoppy. Good, hoppy flavor too. A nice finish on this too. Pretty good.
