Commercial Description:
Columbus dry-hops added directly to the open fermenter uniquely characterize our IPA with an intensely robust pure-like floral aroma and resinous hop flavor. A pronounced hop bitterness is balanced by a medium-bodied, lightly caramel and toasted malt character with a nutty finish.

Pretty much exactly as in the description, only everything just a little less intense. Probaly a good session IPA,problem is most of us IPA drinkerswould rather have a more intense hop experience

Nothing much to write about here, just an average IPA. Pretty well balanced, a bit too carbonated for the style.

In the bottle at the 2005 Bad-burek party. Amber with a white head. Toasted malty aroma with decent hop piney aroma. Flavor was not as interesting. Failry good IBU’s, but nothing remarkable. Finishes light on the bitterness.

Poured a medium to dark amber color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of pine and grapefruit. Tastes of pretty much the same. Medium bitter with a light sweetness to it

12oz bottle. Cloudy orange amber. Somewhat muted woodsy pine hop aroma. Medium bodied malty body offsets more woodsy earthy hops. Moderate bitter bite that is not over-the-top. Decent English IPA that is good for those who are not hop-heads.

12 oz bottle - Pours cloudy amber with a decent offwhite head that laces well. Aroma is citrus and pineapple. Sharp in flavor. Citrus and grapefruit with a decent sweet malt background. On the palate this is balanced very well and quite tasty. I enjoyed this. A fine IPA from a decent brewer!

Thanks Jeremy for this 12 oz bottle! Poured a foggy, orange/amber color with a thin white head that had a decent lacing around the glass. Hops, citrus, and grassy aroma. Tart, citrusy taste. Decent sense of hops. Orangy. A well-balanced IPA. Worth trying definitely.

Bottle. Amber hue with large frothy white head. Average hoppy aroma with citrus tone. Medium body with bitter finish. Flavor of average duration with a light bitter.
