| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Mar 2, 2008 Thank you Linus_stick/Alan for this one! It’s black/brown with a light brown, creamy head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, caramel and dark fruits. The flavour is nice and chewy with notes of roasted malt, dark fruits, slightly bitter coffee, light chocolate and the finish is dry and bitter. It’s like it starts out very full and chewy, but at the end of each sip, it becomes thinner. That is a little minus for my overall impression of this otherwise very nice porter. hopdog (5576), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA
