But it’s got some nice caramel and chocolate aromas coming from deep brown, headless brew. It’s pretty sweet with caramel and chocolate flavors and a touch of nuttiness. Sadly, a lifeless, watery finish.

It poured a nice brwon color and sweet malty aroma. It was good, bit just not enough. raymow (738), Bensalem, Pennsylvania, USA

I hope that there is just something wrong with my batch but it tastes stale and there is no hint of carbonation at all. Styles (1653), Lincoln Park, Michigan, USA

Decent nose, sweet nutty toffee-like, faint roast. Flavor much the same. Plenty of sweet malt backbone, nutty character isn’t overwhelming like some browns. Very faint roast. Although I get no hop flavor, there is enough bitterness to balance out the finish. Sort of a doppel-brown in a way. Creamy-smooth mouthfeel. On tap this is a highly sessionable brew. 11026 (1772), Alabama, USA

Nutty caramel flavors, finishes on the sweet side. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel, a decent brown.
