| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 22, 2009 Bottle. Pours a dark redish brown color. Short lived light tan head. Minor lacing. Mildly fruity aroma. Nutty flavor. Somewhat bitter with nice dry finish. Solid beer. Not my favorite from this brewery, but then again its hard to get excited about a brown. | 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 10, 2009 12oz given to me by a buddy at a frisbee game - thanks, Steve! Fairly average looking pour, with some lively carbonation and a quickly fading head. Nose is more fruity than I would have anticipated, with not a very strong malt presence. Things are a bit more sweet and toasty to taste, but overall there’s not much personality to this one.
