Commercial Description:
Arcadia Whitsun is a modern interpretation of a mid-19th century English spring and summer festival ale. It is light golden in color with a rich, creamy head, full bodied and has a lightly toasted caramel flavor. The addition of Michigan star thistle honey contributes a uniquely smooth drinkability to this unfiltered wheat ale.

12oz bottle shared courtesy of DenverLogan (who mentioned this bottle may have been ~2 years old). Poured a medium golden color with a larger sized white head. Aromas of orange peels, yeast, and lemony. Tastes of some wheat, oranges, and light spices. Tastes were on the sweeter side. Lively body.

Thanks to Logan. Murky, dark wheat-colored body with a tight sudsy white head that left some notable lace. Aroma of oranges, floral honey and yeasty spice. Sweet wheat and orange peel flavor with some spice notes and wood stem flavor and bitterness. Low acidity. Decent and refreshing.

Thanks to Denverlogan (nice to meet you). Pours a hazy orange with a medium bubbly slighty lacing head. Aroma of orange, wheat, light spices. Flavor was slightly sour, various citrus but still solid. Very carbonated.

Poured with a fairly dark gold and orange body. The head was slightly off white. I could see yeast in the bottle, but none came out. The aroma was apple cobbler along with some caramel. The taste was tart with some light lemons and a little bit of toffee. Actually, this is a decent American wheat that is not like any other I have had. It got more tart as I went through the glass.

Amber in color, clear, with a small white head that is mostly diminishing. Caramel/toffee aroma - is this a wheat beer? Mildly sweet, brown sugar flavor, some light toast, but sweetness is bordering on cloying. Possibly a very old bottle, but with no datestamp, how am I to know?

Opaque Yellow/Orange Coloring with White Skin. Pungent Dry Citrus/Wheat. Seemed a Bit Stale...Bottle Probably Didn’t Fare Well..but It Still Has Hints that it Could be a Potentially Refreshing Summer Brew.

The aroma is lightly fruity. Whitsun pours a cloudy yellow with a large, long lasting, frothy, white head. The flavor is somewhat fruity sweet with a light bitter finish.

Hazy gold color with a medium head. Holy corriander! That spice makes a head on appearance in the aroma and taste. More orange flavor, but something like rotten wheat finished it out. An unfortunate end.
