Aroma is tea leaves, light hops, and watery malt. Taste is lightly floral with more tea notes, mild bitterness and a slight hint of apple. Body is relatively creamy and smooth but is a bit thin. Finishes with more light hops, mild fruit and tea. chriso (4796), London, Greater London, England

Nutty flavour, with plenty of hop character to provide balance. Dry malt finish, again with hops coming through to maintain the interest. A decent, autumnal ale. Cask (handpump), Market Porter, Southwark.

This draft brew from the Market Porter in London poured a small head that left behind a poor lacing. The body was not noted. Its aroma contained notes of malt and hops . Its mouth feel was malty with a mellow palate and a flat hoppy aftertaste. Its flavor contained simple malty notes. Hey! AT least I wrote down more than SilkTork did at this point! Hehehe! This was quite smooth, orangey, tea-like hops, with some notes of caramel and cinamon (which spiesy actually pointed out to me). Spiesy (2333), Global Citizen, Greater London, England

Deep amber coloured body topped with a frothy bone head. Slight bitter aroma fails to give away the massive malt complexity beneath. Carmel and coffee notes mingle at the heart of the beer. A very nice Archers indeed. imdownthepub (5170), Banbury, Oxfordshire, England
