A mid golden to orange coloured beer with a weak white head. A strong bready nose, yeasty with a hint of banana, and malt. The taste is dry and bitter. malty, then the bready, yeasty, tropical fruit, banana-like flavour appears. There is also a weird underlying smoked bacon flavour! the finish is dry. (Cask - The Ouse Amateur Sailing Club, King’s Lynn, Norfolk).
