Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. A golden beer with a thick light orange head. The aroma is sweet with a light hop note on a good malt background. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of citrus, as well as a good fruityness, leading to a dry bitter finish.

Cask@The Red Lion, Isleworth, London. Quite nice, pleasant cask ale. The name ’Crystal Clear’ led me to believe this was going to be a lagery bland sort of ale, but it was much better than that. Some nice lightly sweet honeyed malts. Some light floral, citrusy hops. Dries out a touch towards the end. Quite pleasant and innofensive.
