Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, spicy - herby flavor. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Light sweet fruity hops aroma. Flavour starts fruity sweet before a light bitter/acid mix appears. Goes slowly more bitter into the finish and hence slowly accumulating a nice dry bitterness. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of fruit, leading to a dry and lightly bitter and flowery finish. harrisoni (4754), Ashford, Kent, Kent, England Mar 14, 2006 Cask handpull at Wenlock. Copper with thin white head. Good malts on this one. Condition of the beer in this pub is remarkable. Never had a bad pint. Caramel malt aroma. Some earthiness, toffee and herby hop in mouth. Dry hop finish. Good bitter, bit of cream in there
