Smells like dry white wine and sweet apples. Not so dry when you drink it, though. Flavour is all apples, sweet at first with some tartness and alcohol at the end. Very clean. Medium to full body. Quite drinkable. mabel (2626), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | May 27, 2008 Bottle (750ml) shared at ’Rudolf’s May 2008 Tasting’ -- courtesy of jerc & mabel. Pours an incredibly light pale yellow, almost white even, with no head. Great aroma of apples and a hint of funky cheese. Flavour of, well, pretty much just sweet apples and I quite like the simpleness of it. Good body for the style. Very enjoyable, I really liked this. jerc (3954), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Sweet-tart apple aroma has a very fruit apple character (6+). Similar flavour with more sweet-tart apples. Simple, very appley. (6+) Average to light palate. Quite simple, but I enjoyed the fact that it is a bit more fruity and less dry than some ciders. Found it quite quaffable if not terribly exciting. Nose is apple & cheese, acidity, yeast. Flavor is sweet apple, tart, woodiness, apple skin. Not complex but nice. tupalev (2618), Waterloo, Ontario, Canada
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 1/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 19, 2008 Bottle at Rudy’s tasting May ’08, courtesy of Jerc and Mabel. Clear, no head. There is absolutely no colour to this at all. White wine and apple aroma - ok at best. Taste - si better - sweet upfront, and then tart. Mildly interesting. Ok cider at best. Light golden with a very light carbonation. Aroma of fresh apple with a faint funky note, a bit cheesy - interesting. Light, refreshing body. Flavour of sweet apples and sugar of the top, with a nice dryness in the finish. Not a bad little cider.
