I don’t know anything about wine, so I don’t have much to say. Read what those other guys said. mabel (2626), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Flavour is similar, light tart fruity apple and a good amount of dry oak. notes Average to light bodied palate, uncarbonated. Pleasant, but the oak was detrimental for my own liking as I felt it was a bit too dominant for the fruit. Sampled at the Winery. GregClow (2500), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Apr 14, 2008 Bottle sample at a "Locavore"/Slow Food dinner and social at Montgomery’s Inn. Light gold with a still looking body. Aroma of tart apple and mild oak. Light bodied with a slight sparkle. Simple, enjoyable flavour of apples and wood - an interesting combination. They called this an "apple wine", but it drank like an almost-still cider to me.
