Tried this from a 750 mL bottle I bought for my wife. I thought it was wine. It is wine. I don’t know anything about wine, so I don’t have much to say. Read what those other guys said.

[1325-20080504] Bottle. Dry light sun-bleached wood aroma. Clear, pale yellow body with no head. Dry oakened wood flavour has barely any hint of apples. Light body is dry. Average.

2008-05-04. Yellow still headless body. Aroma is dry with muted tart apple and oak. Flavour is similar, light tart fruity apple and a good amount of dry oak. notes Average to light bodied palate, uncarbonated. Pleasant, but the oak was detrimental for my own liking as I felt it was a bit too dominant for the fruit. Sampled at the Winery.

Bottle sample at a "Locavore"/Slow Food dinner and social at Montgomery’s Inn. Light gold with a still looking body. Aroma of tart apple and mild oak. Light bodied with a slight sparkle. Simple, enjoyable flavour of apples and wood - an interesting combination. They called this an "apple wine", but it drank like an almost-still cider to me.
