Clear, super pale yellow white body with no head. Crisp fresh distinctly mcintosh apple flavour also carries a noticeable wood characteristic. Light body finishes dry. Very nice.

Aroma is noticeably more dry than the unoaked version, with much less fruit presentation. Flavour is likewise more dry than the McIntosh, with the oak dominating over the fruit of the apple. Average palate. Ok, but I much preferred the sweeter fruitiness without the oak. Sampled at the Winery.
