Yellow. Some carbonation and quite lively. Slightly sweet and left no lacing. Pleasant if not spectacular.

Feb 11, 2008 Bottle at ronnies. Aroma is sweetish grainy malts with a typical german grassy peppery hop note. Taste is nicely balanced sweet malts with a decent bitter kick in the finish.

Jun 14, 2008 Bottle (by kind permission of joss !): Pale silver, slowly collapsing white fluffy head; sweet grainy nose with distinctive traces of ripe fruits; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; fruity (again), sweet-grainy and slightly bitter finish. Good, hearty Helles......

Mar 24, 2008 Picked this up from Dodgi Deli, Cowley Road and had this 23-03-08 Pours yellow with white bouncy head. Its grainy, malty and sweet but there is little much else there, still I didn’t mind it.

Feb 23, 2008 Bottle. Pale golden, white foam. Grainy, light fruity aroma. Medium to light chewy malt body, ok, herbal and aromatic balance.Sparkly mouthfeel. Well-crafted orthodox Helles.
