Commercial Description:
The Milk Stout has a strong presence of robust chocolate malt, hints of the sweet milk sugars, and a little hoppier than our traditional brews.

Draught. Pours thick and opaque with an average, creamy, dark brown head, mostly lasting with excellent lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (cookie, caramel, chocolate, nutty), light hops (flowers), average yeast (leather, dough) with notes of dates and toffee. Full bodied, creamy texture, soft carbonation, and a chalky finish. Long duration, moderate sweetness, light acidity and bitterness. The alcohol is well hidden.

On tap @ Arctic Craft poured an opaque black with a small lingering brown head. Aromas of coffee, dark chocolate, roastiness and a hint of vanilla. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of milk chocolate, coffee, roasted malt and light vanilla with a smooth lingering bittersweet finish.

Had on draught at the brewery. Aroma is a nice roasted malt scent. Color is solid black with a thick little dark tan head. It has a medium body that goes down smooth with a smoky roasted flavor coming on then a little sweetness and a mellow burnt taste. After taste leaves you clean. Overall its a good stout.
