A disappointing weak flavor of roasted malt. Leaves you with a taste of wet paper. Rune (1809), Tromsų, Norway May 15, 2008 Cask (gravity dispense) at Reading Beer Festival, shared with Finn. Deep dark coloured body under a naked surface. Roasted armoa. Roasted and rounded fruit-malty taste. Dry finish. A middle-of-the road mild (02.05.2008). evilsoc (169), Wales May 13, 2008 Very faint chocolate malt aroma with some hay, faint tart fruit. low sweetness, slightly dry hop flavour towards the end. a good mild should be subtle but this is a bit dull. Mes_and_Sim (4476), Highgate, Greater London, England May 10, 2008 A Mes rate: Gravicask at Reading Beer Festival. Dark red brown with no head. Slightly funk & sour with some reasonable fruity malt. Faint apple note does it no favours sadly but ok over all if not a bit boring.
