Hoppy and bittersweet in the mouth. More oranges. Pretty good although the bitterness may become a bit heavy. Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, hay, fruity, moderate hoppy, grass, grape, orange shell, pepper. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (010408) chimp_lechamp (324), glasgow, Scotland Apr 7, 2008 bottle- smells citrus pours orange and brown. burnt umber. smallish white head has dispersed quite fast. smells apples and countryside after rain. tastes quite bitter citrus rind and very earthy sterile clean finish very nice beer.
