Wonderful beer, hoppy fruity aroma, chewy malty (dark bread, carmel and slight coffee flavors). The finish is simply wonderful with a great hop slap in the face - I Love this beer! I'd like this with a steak. Wait, I did.

One of the best American beers. A delicious mix of maltiness and hoppiness. Piney and fruity, sweet and luscious.

I love this beer, cascade citrus aroma, pours ruby-brown color,roasted huge malty flavor with a balanced huge hop profile.This is a big ale with a great flavor, I love it, I could drink it daily.

I've been waiting for years to have the opportunity to try this much heralded ale and I was not disappointed. This ale is everything it is hyped up to be and more. The flavors are such that they just need to be experienced, not talked about. So get out there and try it. This is also one of my favorite bottles in my collection; an added benefit!

Aroma is very sweet, and somewhat chocolaty. The color is much darker then I was expecting. It is about the brown of well worn brown leather shoes. As for the flavor, the label pretty much sums it up. Pretty good. Definatly not an every day beer.

Thanks to my friend, Peter, who brought this to me this weekend. Man, a Clubber Lang right hook of a beer. Great balance of malt and hop with plenty of fire behind both. I am convinced if this was local and offered cask...I would be in serious trouble. Fantastic beer with a cigar on my deck reading Tolstoy....yeah.

Big variety of banana, meat like, melon and nuts, barley and a grapefruit aftertaste, that gives all the varieties again. Nice red dark black color with a small head. Very interesting beer, that numbs lips. ’Keep refrigerated Numbskull!’
