Commercial Description:
This is an aggressive beer. You probably won’t like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to appreciate an ale of this quality and depth.

Very dark color, lots of aroma, lots of flavor. Man this was good. A bit heavy and strong to have one after the other, but savoring one on occasion is a definite must.

DONT DRINK THIS ALONE!!! The sheer intimidation of this ’arrogant bastard’ will be enough to strike the utmost sense of fear into any beer expert. This beer will bitchslap, taunt, and beat you if you are not careful. Its strong, rare and served in 22oz bottles. So watch yourself...If you think you are worthy.

Super charged in hoppiness which tastes awesome. The aroma is relatively weak for such a bold tasting beer. Nice and smooth as it ventures into my stomach.

Good god what a beer. I had this one at the SMA hopfest in NC, and if it had been a dog show this beer would clearly have been best in show. Strong dark character, with a rich hop taste, with bitter finish that is damn near perfect. It is hard to put a label on the beer itself. Close to a Nut Brown, but doesn’t really fit either dry or sweet style. Generally, it was just damn good. Unfortunately, can’t buy it in NC.

Garnett amber hue. Nice beige head with some lacing. Big aroma, of dough, flowers. Big TASTE. Sweet, pleasant first, medium bodied, chewy, caramel, big bitter hopped out finish. This brew is incredible. Too much flavor. You probably won’t like it. This beer on draught is f’n incredible, highly recommended.

Very different - peppery, like essence of chile peppers without the heat, and even somewhat sweet and fruity. Yet the finish is delightfully dry, and perfectly bitter. The most impressive American Strong Ale I've had. The aroma is intriguing - I can't quite put my finger on what's inside this beer!
