This is an aggressive beer. You probably won’t like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to appreciate an ale of this quality and depth.

Pours dark brown/amber with a nice creamy tan head. Caramel, citric/earthy hops, a hint of light coffee grounds, and subtle dark fruit aromas. Flavor follows follows the aroma almost perfectly. Palate is medium/full, a little fruity, and has some nice easy bitterness. Complex, flavorful, and well balanced.

Had this for the 1st time this past week. Great taste all the way around. This is a must have on anyones beer list. Can not wait to get more. Arrogance is Bliss.

Excellent brew. Arrogant Bastard has to be one of my favorites. The hoppy flavor and aroma immediately draw you in. Highly recommended.

I will never drink another beer on the regular unless it is Arrogant Bastard Ale! And i’m just happy that i live about 5 miles from the brewery...

The Bastard pours a deep deep red amber hue to a nice frothy light beige head that laces your glass nicely..aromas of spruce, resin hops, perfume coming through...taste of bitter spicy evergreen trees bushes plants flowers seeds hops hops hops, citrus, very nice I love it..this is what I expected from the bastard, nothing less, beautiful appearance, taste great..The Bastard’s worthy...

Amazing beer. SImply the best thing I’ve had from Stone. It’s like an IPA on steroids. I highly recommend it for anyone who likes this style of beer.
