Amazing beer. SImply the best thing I’ve had from Stone. It’s like an IPA on steroids. I highly recommend it for anyone who likes this style of beer.

This stuff is awesom. There is an increible quntitity and variety of flavors packed into this amazing brew. It has a wonderful hop beginning and a beutiful chocalate malty finish. Amazing!!

Near perfect. Nice bitter finish. If you like macro brew, stay far far far away from this. This is almost the brew of Satan. Then again, you should meet this beer's cousin...

My original rating of this beer was in my RateBeer infancy - before I became enamored by hops. Now ... great aroma - grapefruit and tang. My wife calls it sweet cat urine. Slightly hazy copper red beer with off-white foamy lacing head. Medium carb and medium heavy watery body. A light sweetness and fruit before being hammered by a huge bitterness. My taste buds shrivel is response. Huge grapefruit taste with bitter finish/after. Awesome. Alcohol/vapory. Malts and citrus. A really great beer.

If you desire a beer with personality then drink arrogant bastard ale. Very hoppy, the hops they use are probably quite acidic, like 8% or something. Clever ad campaign. Drink two 22oz. beverages and it will treat you right. I usually drink three and it gets me where I want to go.
