Atlanta, Ga., Toco Giant Package Store - 500 ml bottle. Murky medium golden pour. yeasty, strong lager aroma. Flavor has that patented eastern Euro bread cake yeasty combination with some alcohol thrown in. Strachy and sweet. Mouthfeel - thick enough for the style.

500 ml bottle. Pale golden beer with a fast fading oily head Aroma of pale malt with light herbal character. A bit of honeyish sweetness up front. Low bitterness and it gets cloying fast.

Gold Color with White Head. Sweet Corn Aroma. Lightly Bittersweet Notes of Corn Malt...Bitter Dry and Crisp Ending. Smooth Considering the Alcohol, But a Hard Lager to Relax With.

Bottle: Misty gold, no head or lacing. Nose of tinny bright sweet corn and malt, light alcohol. The flavor is dry, light hops, sweet flavor, meh. Another baltic malt liquor, too sweet to finish.

This bottled brew marked Best Before 12/28/05 lot 231W from a bottle shop poured a large sized head of foamy fine to large sized white colored bubbles that were and left behind a transparent strong bubbly carbonation orange colored body and a poor lacing. The aroma was grassy and malt hop. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of hops and a mild vinous malt backing. Not one that I would likely buy again.

Suprised to see more Baltika products at the Whole Foods. Pours light yellow iwth a mostly receding foamy white head. Aroma of honey malt, bready grain, metallic, and higher alcohols. Mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with lively carbonation. MMmmm mmmm, maltose syrup.

Bottle marked best before 28.12.05. Medium sized white fizzy head that mostly diminished, no lacing, transparent, visible carbonation, and a yellow hue. Nose was malty, corn and somewhat harshr. Flavor started out somewhat sweet tasting and then turned harsh. Was also malty and some corn. Tingly mouthfeel. Medium body. Definitely not one that I’ll have in the future. Was not impressed at all.
